Hair behaves differently depending on its history, condition, and the goals of the person wearing it. Because of this, results become predictable only when care is structured over time, not improvised appointment by appointment.

Programs Are Not Chosen Online
At MAVA, programs are never selected online.
Every recommendation is made after consultation, once:

Permanent vs non-permanent smoothing is discussed

Long-term goals are clarified
This prevents overprocessing, underprocessing, and unrealistic expectations.
The Three Program Structure
MAVA uses three primary care structures. Each serves a different purpose and can be used individually or together over time.
Permanent Smoothing
A permanent smoothing approach for clients who want long-term straightening or smoothing and are comfortable with periodic root maintenance as new growth appears.Prescribed when permanence is appropriate, and hair integrity allows it.→ Details are discussed after consultation.
Non-permanent smoothing
